Welcome to Sky Vista Middle School
Dear Sky Vista Family,

As we are in the heat of summer, I hope you are finding time to unplug, reset and create memories with your families.  We, Sky Vista, are doing the same thing to recharge and prepare for the 2016-17 school year.

Our first day of school, August 11th, is just around the corner and I am eager to get the year underway!  I am thrilled to be serving as your new principal and am looking forward to feeling the positive energy that comes from a building full of staff and students.  From my short time of interacting with staff at trainings and drop-ins, I know they are excited to continue our commitment to Inspire Every Student, Every Day as we seek ways to continuously improve in our practices as educators.  We understand that all of our students can grow personally and academically when we provide a safe learning environment with high expectations.  This environment is developed by living our common values: Know every student. Challenge and expect every student to achieve at a high level, Model kindness and respect, Develop and maintain relationships, Learn, reflect, grow.

We are in this journey together as we help write the next chapter of your child's educational experience.  Please feel free to come and visit, sit down and talk, cheer and applaud the dynamic place of Sky Vista, my door is open.

As we are preparing for the upcoming school year, I need to remind you to complete the check-in process online prior to our first day.  You can access the parent portal via  Parents who have registered their child before will use the same username (email address) and password.  If you are new to CCSD, you will need to create an account.  You can call us at 720-886-4710 if you need assistance.

Enjoy the rest of your summer and we will see you soon!
